HARRAH AWARDED $96,622 FOR PEDESTRIAN LIGHTING ENHANCEMENTS

The City of Harrah has received $96,622 in federal funding through the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) Air Quality Grant Program for pedestrian lighting improvements. 

The Pedestrian Lighting Enhancement Project will increase visibility and safety for residents traveling along key routes, particularly during evening hours. 

“This project is an important step in improving safety and accessibility in our community,” said [LOCAL OFFICIAL]. 

ACOG, as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Oklahoma City area, helps guide regional transportation investments that enhance safety and mobility. 

Harrah’s project reflects ongoing regional efforts to improve transportation infrastructure across Central Oklahoma.
