There are two events happening this week.
→ Wednesday, October 29th – The Harrah Parks and Recreation Board will be having another special meeting at 6 p.m. at Harrah City Hall.
→ Friday, October 31st – The Downtown trick or treat has been moved to Heritage Park and will take place at 6 p.m. Candy will be provided by local businesses.
