When a holiday falls on a weekday, your collection day will be on a one-day delay. If a holiday falls on a weekend, there will be no service delay. Service days prior to the holiday will not be affected:

Please place your container out on your regularly scheduled service day.

*We ask that you take the time to read through the guidelines to ensure that your stuff gets picked up

  • The Resident does not need to give prior notice of any bulk trash to pick up, simply place the items next to the curb but not against your cart.
  • The limit is three (3) cubic yards or twenty (20) lawn bags, Bags are not to exceed forty (40) pounds each. If the Residence exceeds three (3) cubic yards, you may incur a $15 surcharge per additional cubic yard.
  • The Resident must cut down all carpet and tree limbs or branches to four foot sections and bundle with string or twine. Bundles must not be more than three (3) feet in diameter and must not exceed forty (40) pounds per bundle. If the Resident does not bundle carpet, limbs or branches in accordance to the guidelines, you may incur a $15 surcharge.
  • The Resident must break down all boxes and bundle with tape, string or twine. If the Resident does not break down and bundle boxes in accordance to the guidelines, you may incur a $15 surcharge.
  • DO NOT place any bulk or extra trash against your cart. Carts must be free for your normal route truck to be able to pick up. Bulk trash will be picked up by a separate truck sometime during the day, not necessarily at the same time as your polycart.
  • DO NOT place paints, stains, oils, gas, propane cylinders or bottles, compressors, tires or any hazardous material with your bulk trash. Any of these items will be left.
