On Tuesday November 3rd, the City of Harrah will have a measure on the ballot. Currently the elections for the City Council are held on back to back years. This measure will change the spacing of the elections to every two years while still maintaining four year terms. The elections held in 2029 for Mayor, Ward 1, and Ward 3 will be for a 3 year term. This shortened term will not count against the term limit of 2 consecutive terms.
