The official date for Trick or Treating in the City of Harrah will be Monday, October 31st. Please enjoy the evening. We ask that drivers slow down and be particularly cautious. Various Trick-or-Treating events will be taking place downtown and at local churches.
City Offices Closing – September 2 and 6
City of Harrah offices will close at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 2, 2016 and will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Have a Safe and Happy Labor Day weekend.

Movies in the Park
It’s movie time again. The movie PAN will be showing Friday, July 8 at dusk, Harrah Heritage Park, 1374 Church Ave. This family event is free to the community. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the movie under the stars.

Concert in the Park
Jake Adam’s Band will be in concert Saturday, June 18 at Harrah Heritage Park, 1374 Church Ave. 8:00 pm. Please bring the family and join us for the first free concert of the summer. Neighborhood Arts Children’s Program
On Friday, June 10th at 10:30 am the Metropolitan Library System will present the first performance in a series of eight free Oklahoma Arts Council performances scheduled on Fridays during the months of June and July at Harrah City Hall all presented by the Neighborhood Arts children’s program.
